Xtras provides a marketplace for coaches and families to discover, book, and pay for services. Coaches are responsible for their offerings, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. Parents are responsible for information entered for dependents.
Prices shown may include coach fees, platform fees, and payment provider fees. Subscriptions are recurring and continue until cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms.
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the service type, coach policy, and payment status. Some fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, post fraudulent information, or use Xtras in ways that violate any law or third-party rights.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Xtras is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or disputes between users and coaches.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
